Martin Lacey jr. has the love of animals in his heart and animal training in his blood.
He has received several awards for his work in the ring.
He is a consequent advocate of animal trainers who practice natural behavior training of manege animals.
The natural playfulness and curiosity of the animals when incorporated in the training, creates less stress
for both the the trainer and for the animals. The sterling performances in the ring give ample testimony to
the effectiveness of the training methods followed by Martin Lacey jr. In recognition of his service,
Christel Sembach-Krone entrusted him with the care and training of her favorite, KING TONGA.

The open training gives the public an insight to the work of the animal trainer and his helper
needed to enable the acquisition by the animals of the ABC's of circus performance.
